COME CLIMB WITH US!
Welcome to Team Sioux Falls' fundraising page! This event, Climb Out of the Darkness, is important for many reasons; to honor the families who have been impacted by perinatal mood and/or anxiety disorders, to bring awareness to our community - reducing stigma and opening doors for support, and to raise money for further education, awareness, and treatment options.
Every participant plays a tremendous role in Team Sioux Falls reaching those goals! On average, 1 in 7 moms and 1 in 10 dads experience perinatal mood and/or anxiety disorders. That means, if you are a parent, have a parent (I'd imagine that is a yes...), or have a sibling, other family member, friend, neighbor, or colleage who has been pregnant and/or has a child - you likely know someone who has walked this journey. It is time we do something different and that is what our Climb is all about.
Join us in our FIRST Climb Out of the Darkness walk/fun run Nov 2, 2019! . We will have FREE Caribou Coffee, gift bags for the FIRST 50 registered participants, and great giveaways. Participation is free, fundraising is optional.
