Welcome to the Quad Cities Climb Out of the Darkness Team Page!  Here you can donate to Postpartum Support Iowa Chapter OR join the Quad Cities team to Climb and fundraise with us!

If you would like to join our team, click on "Join Team".  This will walk you through creating your OWN fundraising page which you can share on your social media and funnels directly to our team. 

Please come and Climb with us on Sunday, August 24th. Our Climb will include a 60 minute class that includes breath work, functional movement and restorative yoga....all with a theme of Climbing throughout the movements. We will have the Vibrant ice cream truck and vendor tables to allow you to connect with local resources. Please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat or Towel) but we will have a small amount available if needed. You can find us at Duck Creek Park (Shelter 2) in Davenport, Iowa.

The purpose of Postpartum Support International is to increase awareness amoung public and professional communities about the emotional changes women (and men) experience during the pregnancy and postpartum period. Approximatley 15% of all women experience a postpartum mood disorder following the birth of a child.  Up to 10% will experience depression or anxiety during pregnancy. When the mental health of the mother or other parent is compromised, it affects the entire family.
