Climb Out of the Darkness® is the world’s largest event raising awareness of maternal mental illnesses like postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and OCD, postpartum post-traumatic stress, postpartum psychosis, perinatal bipolar mood disorders, and pregnancy depression and anxiety.

Climb Out of the Darkness® is held on or near the longest day of the year annually to help shine the most light on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. 

Help us shine the light of hope with our words and advocacy so that our fellow mothers and fathers receive better information and better treatment, and new families will get off to the healthy and strong start they deserve.**

Join us June 22nd at 10am the South Ogden Nature Park 1175 E 5875 S St, South Ogden, UT

EVENT SCHEDULE

9:30 - 10 am :      Registration

10:00  - 11 am :   Short presentation and 1 mile walk on Nature Park paved trail.

11:00 - noon :      Brunch at the Bowery 

Noon to 2pm :     Mingle at park and splashpad

**75% of the funds raised will go to a local non-profit (The Mothers' Nest). https://www.themothersnestutah.org/about/
The other 25% will be allocated to the Perinatal Action Fund, formed by Postpartum Support International(PSI), which provides funds for underserved populations within the perinatal mood disorder community.
