It’s very hard for me, but I’m trying to do what I can to remove the sigma around mental illness in our culture today  

Most woman will experience mild mood swings after child birth but 15-20% experience more significant symptoms of depression and anxiety that they don’t talk about. This group helps with that education and support for those woman. I appreciate any donation you can make to help this group educate and help more young families.
